  • Sunshine and a cool breeze.

  • Being surprised by a beautiful song on the iPod at exactly the right moment.
  • Freedom for honesty.
  • Clean sheets.
  • Physical exhaustion through exercise.
  • A glass of port.
Knowledge of these things will get me through each day.
